Overview
Extended from an open-source legal AI scaffold into a production-capable platform for in-house legal workflows. Built five custom tools on top of the base, then replaced the LibreOffice dependency with Superdocs API and set up Cloudflare R2 for file storage -- making it actually deployable to the cloud.

What it does
Transforms video-based assignments into structured learning dialogues using a multi-stage AI pipeline. Instructors set a prompt and video length limit; students record directly in the browser. An automated pipeline handles everything from transcription to Socratic follow-up questions grounded in what the student actually said.

- Claude evaluates the transcript against the assignment prompt: summary, themes, strengths, gaps
- Claude generates exactly 3 Socratic follow-up questions referencing what the student said
